Up on Invitation from Singapore Malayalee Association, Dr. Srinivas conducted an on-line Yoga awareness/ practice session for Singapore residents, on June21, 2021 to celebrate the International Yoga Day . The session focused on the topic Yoga & well-being , inline with theme of International Yoga day 2021.
The Session started by providing an idea on origins of Yoga along with brief walk through on modern day challenges for all age groups along with priority challenges brought in by COVID-19 pandemic. Session provided insights on how yoga based routine can provide holistic approach for physical and psychological wellbeing to keep us on the path of success. The session ended with short chair - yoga practice session.
