Job stress Management workshop at ARM, Bangalore

                                                                               As part of International Yoga Day celebration 2017, Dr. Pammi Sesha Srinivas was invited to ARM Bangalore to conduct a workshop on "Job stress Management  using yoga based methods" for yoga enthusiasts from ARM, Bangalore. Workshop  included both awareness session followed by practice session. Awareness session contained  research data on Job stress costs both to workers and organizations in general, and Job stress costs to Indian IT organizations as well as Indian IT professionals in particular  and details on how to manage job stress effectively by making use of Yoga based methods. Awareness session ended with lively participation and interesting discussions  from the participants during the Q/A session. Practice session contained Sukhma vyayama, Asanas and  methods for Self-awareness in relaxed way. Participants felt Awareness session informative with lot of scientific data provided  and found the practice session very soothing, calm, relaxing and comfortable.
